![]() It's a shame because it's honestly a very high quality app (beating the others and also the likes of EN and Notion too), and I actually recommend people to check it out. If I come across something to reference on OneNote and I'm on mobile, I write it on my quick notes and when I'm on a desktop I do the job then.Īnyway, I got Raindrop as an "all-in-one" solution, but I realized that it only made everything overloaded and hence my mind couldn't compute. Admittedly the mobile app of OneNote is pretty lacking, but I don't use my mobile much for that purpose anyway. Plus I now make extensive use of OneNote where I list any sites to "check out", then if I keep it as a reference I store it in the respective section. But now I've got several categorized folders of websites (home pages basically), and the Firefox browser syncs it between my devices. Funny I came back to it, but I've promised myself I'll no longer just randomly bookmark a site I come across, and let it get lost and rot there. It's very useful as I can just take my mobile on the go and read articles like that. Pocket is used to store any articles I come across to read. ![]() OneNote is used for note taking (both quick and long-term), image and text references (I use tables to create moodboard style images), URL links to articles/sites for reference (again I use tables which sorts it neatly) - everything is very well organized in categories (Sections).I have deleted my Raindrop and moved everything over to a combination of OneNote, Pocket, and browser bookmarks. Looking more closer I realized that I prefer the kinda "note-taking" environment instead of bookmark categories that Raindrop offered. I spend time on my browser and OneNote for my notes, and it left little room for Raindrop. But I suddenly realized one day that I barely ever opened Raindrop. Well I got Raindrop to store all my bookmarks as well as image and text references and also "to-read" articles. So the CTS-V has the integrated front camera system (the Performance Data Recorder a 1300 option) that the new Corvette has, and it allows, in Sport and track modes, to record video, along. And it's free (though you can pay for a few extras). I have nothing but positive things to say about it. The UI is very well built, the speed and optimization is fantastic, yet it's light on resources. The dev, a single guy based in Russia/Kazakhstan clearly knows what he's doing. ![]() So I used Raindrop.io for a few months to try organize my digital life, and it's a brilliant piece of software. Though this isn't directly about Evernote, it's still relevant because it's the same category of services and usage, and some have suggested here it can replace EN. ![]()
